Building on the strong expertise of leading evidence-based policy reform in low- and middle-income countries and producing internationally recognized research, such as the Affordability Reports, the Global Digital Inclusion Partnership (GDIP) addresses the critical question facing us today as the deadline for the Global Goals looms: how to ensure everyone is meaningfully connected to the internet by 2030.
We already know what it takes to achieve this goal. What remains a challenge is how to strategically move forward.
