Senior Communications Manager

Kenneth is the Senior Communications Manager at the Global Digital Inclusion Partnership (GDIP). Kenneth is an award-winning strategist and project manager. His background is from a broad spectrum of work but always on the ever-evolving, intersecting dynamics of technology, society, and human rights.

Before GDIP, he led communications for the United Nations Secretary-General’s Call to Action for Human Rights, the World Wide Web Foundation, and the Alliance for Affordable Internet. Prior to that, he led audience engagement and analytics at the Geneva-based The New Humanitarian, an independent nonprofit news organization reporting on humanitarian crises around the world, after several years with Save the Children and the Red Cross.

Before joining humanitarian and international organizations, he was a political aide and campaign manager for a Philippine senator and minister. He began his career as a product manager for a technology company headquartered in Hong Kong.
