Projects & Partnerships Coordinator
Carmen is the Projects & Partnerships Coordinator for Global Digital Inclusion Partnership.
Prior to joining GDIP, Carmen worked for the Web Foundation and the Alliance for Affordable Internet as the Community Engagement Officer. She also worked as a Communications Assistant at the Association for Progressive Communications. She previously interned twice with the Association for Progressive Communications as a Policy Analyst and as a Communications Researcher.
She holds an M.A. in Media Studies from the University of Amsterdam, where she specialized in New Media and Digital Culture. She also has a B.A. in Liberal Arts and Sciences in Sociology and Cultural Studies from Maastricht University.
