Senior Research Manager

Ingrid is the Senior Research Manager at the Global Digital Inclusion Partnership (GDIP). Ingrid is a Digital Anthropologist based in South Africa. She has ten years of experience working on women’s rights online, gender data and gender-responsive design & policymaking. Previously, Ingrid worked at the World Wide Web Foundation, Alliance for Affordable Internet, Women At The Table & <A+> Alliance for Inclusive Algorithms where she led programs, research, training & evaluation on gender equality in technology, data and policymaking, working with partners across Africa, Asia & Latin America. Ingrid is also a Certified Coach working with global and aspiring leaders in research, policy and education on systems change, healing cultures & embodied leadership. Ingrid is a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Anthropology from the University of Cape Town.
