One Year of GDIP in Action: Advancing Meaningful Connectivity, Impacting Lives and Communities

This year has been filled with achievements we are proud to reflect on with you. Our team has been working tirelessly to promote digital inclusion globally, and we are grateful for the support we have received. Although the pace of global progress towards connecting the unconnected is slower than we need, the increase in 100 million more connected persons over the past year is a step in the right direction. We at GDIP are committed to contributing towards this progress, especially making sure that those who need it the most have an opportunity to be meaningfully connected.

As we reflect on our accomplishments, we are also grateful for the contributions from donors and partners without whom we would not have been able to kick-off GDIP so strongly and with all these initiatives.

We invite you to join us in supporting our work. Please reach out to our team at partnerships@globaldigitalinclusion.org. We aim to raise $250,000 to support GDIP’s work across the global majority. Support our work. Thank you!

In just one year, our network is about 50 partners strong! Tremendous appreciation to each of these organizations for taking this journey with us to build a strong multi-stakeholder partnership of public, private and civil society entities collectively committed to advancing meaningful connectivity for the global majority. If you have not had an opportunity to join GDIP as a partner, you may do so here.
